Every subscription includes Agent capacity

There is no platform fee. Each paid seat adds AI tokens and Agent runtime to one shared organization pool, so the people and Agents doing the work can use the capacity.

Shared Agent capacity

Paid seats add to one organization pool

A 20-seat Business subscription includes 6 million AI tokens and 2,000 Agent runtime minutes each month. Capacity is not trapped in individual user allowances.

Usage beyond the pool

$15 per additional 1 million AI tokens
$0.08 per additional Agent runtime minute

Admins can monitor usage, set alerts, add prepaid credits, and control what happens at the limit.

Add-ons

Ticket Operations

$15 per enabled support user/month

Ticket queues, inbound processing, timers, replies, and both supervised and low-risk Ticket Resolution Agent templates.

Additional integration

$5 per integration family/month

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 each count as one family rather than charging separately for every connected application.

A paid user is a person with an Eos User or Manager license. User and Manager licenses have different prices because Managers receive the full operating interface and management capabilities. Ticket Operations is assigned separately only to people who work ticket queues.
Yes. Annual payment changes the subscription price, not the usage cycle. Included tokens and runtime refresh monthly and do not roll over.
No. Every subscription can browse and install all Eos-published Agent templates. Running and simulating Agents consumes the organization’s pooled capacity.
A connected service or suite. Salesforce, Jira Cloud, QuickBooks Online, and Xero each count as one. Google Workspace counts as one even when the organization uses Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Chat.

Estimate Eos with your actual team

We’ll use your likely seat count, Agents, run frequency, and integrations rather than pretending every company consumes automation the same way.
