These terms describe the rules, rights, limitations, and responsibilities that apply when you access or use Eos and our related services.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
You may need to register before using portions of the platform, must provide truthful and accurate information, must be at least 18 years old, and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you must be authorized to do so.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to access and use the platform. You do not receive ownership rights in the software or services, and access may be revoked if these terms are violated or if usage is believed to harm us, other users, or the business.
You may not scrape or copy the platform, attempt to break security, share access in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer the service, build a competing product from it, overload the infrastructure, collect personal information improperly, impersonate others, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, break laws, or disrupt the service.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted service, or specific uptime, though we will work to restore access when outages occur. We also reserve the right to update, modify, or remove parts of the platform for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Paid access must be paid for according to listed costs, fees, and taxes, and some plans may require multiple licenses. These terms also cover free trials, annual renewal structures, and refund rights. In particular, we offer a 30-day refund window from the initial purchase date for a prorated refund on unused portions of an annual paid subscription.
We own or license the platform, its marks, design, content, and related materials. You may not copy or distribute them without permission. Unsolicited ideas or submissions may become our property without compensation or confidentiality obligations.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. These terms also include broad limitations of liability, including exclusions for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, and consequential damages, subject to limits imposed by applicable law.
These terms include mutual indemnity language, a copyright-notice process, Delaware governing law, arbitration provisions, and forum-related provisions for disputes that cannot be arbitrated. They also include severability, non-waiver, assignment, and survival clauses.
You may cancel subscriptions, and we may suspend or terminate access if laws, policies, or this agreement are violated, or if user actions may harm us or our business interests. We may also amend this agreement from time to time, with updated notice provided on the page or by email.
